Current and valid California Radiologic Technologist (RT) license required (mandatory).
ARRT certification required.
Cardiovascular Technologist (CVT) certification alone is not sufficient without a Radiology license.
Minimum of 1–2 years of Cath Lab or interventional radiology experience preferred.
Current BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
Strong knowledge of cardiovascular anatomy, catheterization procedures, and imaging techniques.
Ability to work effectively in high-pressure, emergency cardiac situations.
Strong communication, teamwork, and technical problem-solving skills.
On-Call Requirements
STEMI on-call coverage is required.
Candidates must be available for after-hours, weekend, and emergency Cath Lab activations.
On-call participation is an essential part of this role and not optional.
